Arrival of participants to Dubai

Accommodation and meeting the festival organizers, distribution of the full official program of the International Dance Festival, Competition & Awards – 2018 to all the participants.

  • Transport from the airport with the IDF bus/minibus for sightseeing to the Aquarium and underwater zoo in Dubai Mall followed by Indian Meals (Vegetarian & Non- Vegetarian)
  • Entry Tickets for the group to enter Dubai Tunnel Aquarium and Underwater Zoo will be provided by IDF.
  • Check-in to 4* hotel by 14:00 p.m
  • Distribution of free tickets for accompanying members, parents and friends of schools – groups for all performances
  • Rest and Report at Reception by 4:30 p.m
  • Marina Dhow Cruise Dinner at Creek for the entire group
